Flowers and Fountains

This past week I had fresh cut peonies on my dinning room table. They were so delicate and lovely that I thought I would share them with you. It's amazing how they are full of layers, peeling apart each one until the center is revealed. Loved them! Oh--and got them at the grocery store no less!
Then as I was taking my daughter on an errand, her boyfriend suggested that we drive down the street to see what was at the corner. I asked what it was and she said she didn't know, but I grabbed my camera just in case. Glad I did because someone had added soap into the fountain by the guard gate. Bubbles were everywhere! I laughed so hard. Thought it was very creative and looked great. My hub said that it used to happen all the time at Marymount College in Palos Verdes, near his house when he was a kid.
Have a fluffy day.

  2. Your peonies are exquisite, such an intricate design in nature, one of many. The fountain looked really pretty also, and I think I have mentioned this before but I do love your header. A magnificent 'pup' who steals the show staring out to sea. Great photo!
